On September 15, the company secured a bundled well construction and completions contract from Eni for the Cronos ultra-deepwater development in Cyprus.

The multi-year project covers integrated drilling, well construction, automation and completions services, while Halliburton expects its integrated delivery model to support additional offshore campaigns in the Eastern Mediterranean.

The contract could strengthen Halliburton's offshore portfolio, improve execution efficiency and create opportunities for additional deepwater work.

Analysts remain moderately bullish on HAL, with a consensus "Moderate Buy" rating.

Among the 25 analysts covering the stock, 15 recommend a "Strong Buy," three rate it a "Moderate Buy," and seven suggest a "Hold." Meanwhile, the average price target of $43.79 implies potential upside of 38.8% from the current share price.
